Executive Headshot Experience Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms for your Executive Headshot Experience with Revera Photography. By completing your booking and payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms below.

1. Session Details

The Executive Headshot Experience includes a portrait session conducted at the client’s office, workplace, or mutually agreed professional location.

Sessions are designed to be efficient and professionally guided to create elevated portraits that represent you at your best.

Each session is up to 30 minutes in duration.

2. Booking and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to reserve the selected date and time.

Because the scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you, all payments are non-refundable.

Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice, subject to the photographer’s availability.

3. Image Delivery

Each Executive Headshot Experience includes three (3) professionally retouched images selected by the client from the session proofs.

Selected images will be professionally retouched and delivered in high-resolution digital format suitable for LinkedIn, websites, and professional marketing materials.

Additional images may be available for purchase separately.

Proof images will be provided after the session so the client can select the final images for retouching.

4. Retouching

Professional retouching includes adjustments such as color correction, exposure balancing, minor skin refinement, and removal of temporary imperfections.

Retouching does not include extensive alterations to physical appearance such as body reshaping, facial reconstruction, hair replacement, or other major modifications.

5. Coverage Area

Sessions are offered within the following service areas:

San Diego
La Jolla
Del Mar
Carmel Mountain
Sorrento Valley
Encinitas
Carlsbad
UTC (University Town Center)

Sessions outside these areas may be considered upon request and may require an additional travel fee.

6. Client Cooperation

The client agrees to cooperate with the photographer during the session, including following direction regarding posture, positioning, and expressions in order to achieve the best possible results.

The client acknowledges that photography is an artistic service and that final images reflect the photographer’s creative style and professional judgment. Differences in artistic preference shall not constitute grounds for refunds or disputes.

7. Copyright and Image Usage

All photographs remain the copyright property of Revera Photography.

The client is granted unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use the delivered images for personal branding, professional promotion, social media, websites, and marketing materials.

8. Model Release

The client grants Revera Photography permission to use images created during the session for portfolio display, website presentation, studio promotion, social media, advertising, and other lawful promotional purposes.

Revera Photography will always present images in a professional and respectful manner consistent with the brand’s standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort will be made to deliver high-quality images, Revera Photography shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to equipment malfunction, illness, or other unforeseen events that may affect the session or final delivery.

If the photographer is unable to perform the session due to circumstances beyond control, the client’s payment will be refunded in full and no further liability shall apply.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of San Diego County, California, and any applicable federal laws.

11. Acceptance of Agreement

By completing the booking and payment process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
